BBC One launched a new live weeknight topical magazine show on Monday August 14 2006. The programme was broadcast from glamorous canal-side studios in Birmingham.and ran for one month. It was presented by Adrian Chiles and Nadia Sawalha.

The programme tackled the latest concerns facing the British nation. There were stories about ordinary people in extraordinary circumstances from around the UK and regular contributions from Kate Humble, Anna Adams, Dan Snow and Matt Baker.
